Absolutely would recommend!From the lady on the phone to the electrician and the boiler engineer and his apprentice - all friendly, polite and professional. Service was fantastic and felt like they all went above and beyond. Engineers were neat and tidied up after themselves; very knowledgable and answered all the questions I had without making me feel daft. Wonderful, efficient service.

Laughton & Wallace installed a full new heating system last autumn. They were very professional, from Andrews first visit to Phil and the fitters doing a fantastic job. Also a special mention to Andrea at the office, great customer service. We would highly recommend.

We have just had our bathroom transformed from bath to shower. From planning to completion it was a stress free experience. Everything was carried out to the highest standard and could not fault any part of their work. It took 10 working days and every day was planned with precision. My Aunty's boiler developed a leak at a valve although the part is obsolete they managed to source the part which they installed within 48 hours of first being contacted. As my Aunty is 94 I really appreciated them finding a part and repairing the boiler so quickly.

I used This firm a few years ago to install a shower room they were so good that I have used them again andjust had my whole central heating system changed to a new combi boiler. The engineers that Andy gave the job to were on time, pleasant clean &tidy but above all professional.After completion I had a problem with water hammer. Andy sent out an engineer to fix the problem. A firm can be judged by its after sales and service and Laughton &Wallace are excellent.

My Dad had a gas leak, his gas supplier didn't want to know as the leak was two inches past the smart meter they fitted less than six months ago.Laughton and Wallace were contacted and had it sorted in under an hour after arriving.First class service at a great price, I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

We called this company due to good reviews. They came out very promptly and on time. The office staff and the engineer were fabulous informative, kind and very helpful indeed. We would recommend this company to all family and friends.
