Great Cinema with free parking, coffee, and tea made for you, not like the dark pit that is the Vue. Tiered seating without the dreaded steps of the establishment at Riverside in the town centre.Good value.

Just a bit tired and run down. The emergency exit signs were so bright as to cast a shadow on the screen, which was pretty tiny by modern standards. Seats not comfy enough for a 3-hour movie. But it was at least cheap.

Small and intimate with parking always available. I would be sad to lose this Tier 1 Cinema as the ticket prices are so reasonable that we as a family have gone to the Cinema more in the last year than we have in the last decade. We used to opt for the big Blockbuster films but often go to the middle ground films just to break up a rainy weekend etc.

Yes, it's a bit dated compared to modern multiplexes, but the viewing experience is still great, staff are really friendly and helpful, the toilets are clean, prices are reasonable and parking is free. I've been going to this cinema for years and hope to continue.

Excellent film, the cinema was absolutely freezing. Sat with our coats scarves and gloves on. Still cold. Came out into the foyer and low and behold it was lovely and warm. We were then told the heating had broken down in screen 2. Think we should get a refund.

Given the weather, November, the temperature was quite cold in screen 1. Otherwise, the film was very good, the screen and sound were very clear and not distorted.

Well it was a totally different experience inside the screens compared to other Cineworld cinemas, each of the screens the chairs are all on one level, and the screen high up, the sides are nicely decorated out. What was nice the ceilings were very high up. Would have given it 5 stars, had their been an incline on the seats. I was lucky the person in front of me was short, otherwise I would have struggled to see film. Come on Cineworld, sort the incline out, but don't lose the character of the screens.

Plenty of parking, short walk to the cinema. Toilets were clean. Nice cinema experience with two 5 year olds. Booster seats available outside in the lobby. Inside the cinema, seating area was clean and tidy with plenty of leg room for adults.Great location next to places to eat.

Easy to park, plenty of room and screen /sound was fine. The only downside is the seats. They are so uncomfortable after a while, like all the padding has gone. If they sorted that out they'd get 5 stars.
