We are a delivery company based in Wednesbury and needed to lease an office printer for printing, copying and scanning to compliment our new high-tech facilities and recently acquired building.Camelott provided us with a solid Managed Print Solution with a fast turnaround, this was implemented when all other MPS offerings fell through. They were able to expedite the service & installation so I could meet targets set. We currently have three Toshiba photocopiers (MFP’s) running flawlessly that have required no maintenance or micro-management since installation date (6+ months ago). We were very pleased with the low price of the copiers offered also.Generally speaking, the only contact I have with Camelott is a catchup with them checking in to see if everything is okay and to see if there’s any issues or improvements, they can implement… When I did have to finally contact Camelott for technical assistance, they were happy to help there and then and managed to determine the fix.Great guys, quick turnaround, solid service – happy customer!

We are leasing our new photocopier from Camelott Digital. Jason is our main contact and he has been really helpful. We discussed what our needs were and he made recommendations of which machine would suit us best. It was installed, set up and we were shown how to use it.
