No option to give them 0 stars so 1 star is too generous. Cowboys fitted my car exhaust that fell off on my way home from the garage. Went back to ask for warranty on their £260 job and their performed a bad repair that lasted for 2 days before exhaust fell off again. When returning to their garage they refused to take further liability for their repair and the rude manager told me that I was welcome to take legal action against them or claim my warranty by myself from Eurocarparts.When I took my car to a different garage my car was properly repaired in 1 hour.Cowboys just avoid them.

I buy a second-hand tyre 3wks and last Friday it blows when I was driving in Ealing, Hanwell. I have to leave the car overnight near a tyre shop in Hanwell and I change the tyre and brought a new one when to show the owner the rotten tyre they sold he begins to shouts and saying take me to court then. I want to punch him but just keep my cool I did tell him he will have to pay me one way or the other.Note: Just because I say that I did want to punch him, he gives feedback saying how I came shouting and with violence. Cheeky. I never shouted but was very when he started to mug me off and saying go to court. For sure he will either leave the business or sells it but he will not be there too long. Enough of him and his unethical practice.

Brought my own tyres good price given for fitting the tyres great manager & staff and I strongly advise not to buy second hand tyres because they is no guarantee they will last long.

I'm doing this review to clear my son's stolen identity. Somebody put my son's name to give a 5 star review. This is fake and this should get prosecuted for fraud. They are obviously desperate for good ratings and costumers. I will take this seriously and will not let this go.

WARNING! RIP OFF COWBOYS AND Thieves!I sadly book a MOT and service via Service Stop Website. I wish I never had. My car is a 16 years old and for some unknown reason they did the service before the MOT and It failed the MOT and then they wouldn't let me get a cheaper tire or a remould when it only going to driven 6.6 miles home and then most likely scraped. But they made me pay £280 to get my car back. They tied to tell me there was almost £1000 pounds worth of work that needed doing before it would be safe to drive. But I said no and they made me pay for a £95 tire and a service on an MOT failure. The man on the phone was a bully and very rude. I think I will be taking the car for another mot to see how much of what he said was out right lies. There address on there paperwork and there website are different. All a bit doggy and suspect. I would leave no start if it was an option. They are ripping people off for any penny they can, DO NOT TRST, do yourself a favour go somewhere else.

Cowboys. Save your money, pay a little extra, and go to someone reliable.I had them replace a broken clutch cable. All worked, but six or seven weeks later the clutch started to feel odd. I was in Old Windsor, 12 miles away, so decided to drive straight to Sky's outlet in Hanworth. The cable failed about 30 yards away from them, but I managed to get help to push the car for the final stretch. They discovered the nylon clip had not been fixed on properly and even then wanted £10 for correcting their own error, which I refused to hand over. The manager/owner relented.About two weeks after they had initially fitted the clutch cable I went in to get a tyre changed. They convinced me to have one of their cheaper 'part-worn' tyres fitted. That eventually only lasted 10 months (I don't drive many miles) after failing at the MOT. At the same time they showed me that I needed to replace the front brake pads, which were excessively worn down. Some months later the brakes started to squeal - I discovered that the fitter had failed to replace the anti-squeal pads!On another occasion with a different car that I desperately needed to have repaired after an MOT test failure, when I collected the car that they'd parked down Mount Road, I found that the jack points had all been left hanging open and the air filter was sitting loosely on top of the engine! I have no idea why they removed the air filter, because it wouldn't be a requirement of the MOT test anyway.Another thing to watch out for is that the manager will give you a quote over the phone, but then when it's time to pay, try to bluff you that the agreed quote was higher. I called his bluff when he first tried it, and he backed down with a wry smile, but on a different occasion I was really tired when collecting my car, so fell for it.Unless I'm desperate (they tend to be quick), that place now tends to be off my radar.One day these cowboys are going to appear on Watchdog.

Avoid dishonest people, went there for tyre repair instead just took money and said its fixed, half way down the road light came on again, after checking no nails were removed.

Visited Sky Tyres and parts this afternoon for a oil and Filter change. Excellent service and the team carried the work out effortlessly. All completed under 45 minutes. Well done Shahid you have a great team.
