Places with such a poor quality of services exist because people do not speak up out of politeness. Where should I start?! It is beyond my comprehension how this place passed with higiene scoring. It is terrible and dirty. The lady performing the manicure did not bother to use new equipment. When I have pointed out that she is applying different colour to the one that I have chosen, she mentioned that they don't look the same in reality. Seriously? I have chosen matt beige but came back home with glittery pink on my nails. She cut my finger, briefly tried to stop bleeding and then carried on with the manicure applying gel in the cut and leaving blood to dry on my nail and finger. Her own nails were painted dark pink which resulted in stains on my nails in the same colour. Only in the daylight I was able to see how badly my nails looked. Gel was spread across my skin. Attempts to remove it resulted in removing it from the nails too. Absolute disaster and waste of money. No skills! Avoid at any cost!

Dispute over poorly highlighted hair (meant to be full head), manager refused to issue refund even after admitting the poor work.Avoid at all costs, very unprofessional.

Ruined my hair...it broke of and left me with ginger roots. When I complained they promised me a free cut colour & treatment. When I arrived for it they said I hadnt booked in for the colour. I was almost in tears and left as I was due to go away for my birthday. When I went back the Manageress lied through her teeth and said that we had both agreed they hadnt ruined my hair (so why the offer of the free treatment) and said I was shouting (I didnt even raise my voice) Never once did she apologise or offer to help me. Now I am having to sue them..... dodge this salon like the plaqueAlso had to ask one of the hairdressers twice to stop telling me a story about her friends dog who had killed the family kitten... not really appropriate conversation!!

Went for daughters 11th birthday party.Excellent service, staff really lovely, nothing was too much trouble.Will definitely go back & highly recommended.

I've been going to Esme for around 4 or 5 months now and couldn't be happier with her cuts/styling. She listens to what I want and has great advice for styles and aftercare. The salon is friendly, clean and all the staff I've met so far have been lovely. All in all, great little salon with very reasonable prices.

Great friendly staff who always provide the best results and make you feel comfortable. As it is within Milton Park, if you work here, it is very easy to get appointments during work hours or after work hours to save you further travel elsewhere.

Booked an appointment via their own online system. I Followed to the letter the colorstart patch given at their salon. It was the same patch as the multiple times I went to this salon before, so I didn't question it. I wrote a message to the salon saying the patch will be done 48h before as instructed on the packaging. It wasn't the right patch and the right patch should have been done 5 days before, no one told me. I arranged childcare for this appointment. Anyway, the personals has never been especially nice and I was going there just by convenience.

Very friendly staff. My hair was cut how I wanted it cut, not how they thought it should be cut. Best cut in over ten years.
