A real back street firm of solicitors with a small mind. Gave clear instructions but they failed to follow -leaving me out of pocket. I challenged them about the mistake so they refused to complete on our deal, having already exchanged, dropping us as a client without notice days before completion.Rafique was amongst the most arrogant people I have come across, despite his clear lack of intelligence. The complaint came in but he refused to notify the firm's professional indemnity - I am not even sure what cover, if any, they have in place. The firm never followed their own internal complaints procedure either.We will not be notifying our professional indemnity insurer until the claim comes in

My main dealings were with Arman - who provided me with an efficient service and with an approach to keep me informed regardless of time and day. I am a trainee solicitor myself and would certainly say that Bond Adams will do well to keep Arman - other firms will be after him sooner or later!! I would recommend Arman and Bond Adams - I was kept updated regularly of all the twists and turns during my house sale and purchase! I am grateful to Arman and the whole team.

The team is responsive to emails, however the speed of conveyancing is very slow. The team seem to operate on a rota where cases are looked at once a week only. I understand this is a fair approach but for the client it’s a terrible pace. If your review date is Mondays, then even if some new documentation come to light on Tuesday, you will have to wait the following Monday for an update. I would not use them in future just for this reason.
