Having spoken to a number of A/C companies & being let down by them we were fortunate to come across this one. We found Adam extremely helpful & knowledgeable with his advice & guidance on what would work well both practically and aesthetically. We had delays with our building work & Adam was very patient & worked with the revised dates. He was very responsive & the installation team did a great job.

I had a fantastic experience with Varmac. Adam was an excellent communicator and made sure I knew exactly what to expect during the installation process. He came to my house and expertly fitted four wall-mounted AC units on a multi outdoor condenser. The installation was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. Having had two ACs installed at our house by Varmac Ltd over a period less than twelve months, I'm proud and honoured to be able to leave this review, especially for Adam, the director of the company. Our experience with them from quotation to installation ranks right up there asone of the best customer care experience my wife and I have had with any company in the UK. They managed our AC installation with utmost care and attention to detail. It was as if they were doing the installation in their own homes. Adam is one of the kindest, caring and helpful tradesmen I've ever come across. His main focus is to satisfy and exceed the needs of the customer. This is a company that delivers installation literally to perfection. Our loft room and home office AC installations were not straight forward due to access limitations, inspite of this, the finished job done by the engineers (George and Lali) was impeccable!! Excellent service by Adam at Varmac. We wanted to move our air conditioning unit off the wall, so needed to pump down the F gas. Adam came over to assess the job for a quote and managed to do it immediately in a professional manner. He gave great advice to help us resell the unit. Highly recommend.
