Signature Sound Therapy

Had my first sound bath relaxation today, Gemma was amazing, so so welcoming and explained everything. I didn't know how I'd find it, but I've never felt more relaxed and at ease.Thanks so much Gemma can't wait to come back

Gemma has a special place in Liam’s heart, he greets her with Smiles and laughter. He loves singing along with her when she plays the yukelele and sings. He loves to feel the vibrations of the golden bowls on his feet and other parts of his body. She sends him to sleep with the calmness of some of the instruments, then wakes him up with others. He really enjoys his sessions with Gemma and can’t wait for the next.

We had a sound therapy session on Saturday 21st Oct, it was for a small family group of 3. We went to a remote area right by the sea. Gemma took us because access to the beach is difficult without a 4 by 4 vehicle, thank you for this extra service. The experience was amazing and I have to say the different musical instruments used were quite extraordinary and played in such a way that relaxed you completely. I would highly recommend the therapies she offers, whether in groups or on a one to one basis Gemma, I would say could meet every need. They went for a swim after which again in the beautiful setting was fabulous, finished off with Gemma’s special hot chocolate. Smashing session that certainly gives you an individual relaxed experience. Thank you Gemma we loved it.

In my first session with Gemma. I felt so relaxed and Gemma is amazing at listening to your body and tailoring the session to your individual needs. I have been to other therapies for relaxation, but never found this level of disconnection to my thoughts and stress as sound therapy gave me. I have already booked my next visit. Thank you Gemma x

I had a 1:1 sound bath with Gemma and found it incredibly nourishing. Being immersed in sound is a powerful experience and I felt it shift, illuminate and draw out things for me physically and emotionally. I have had group sound baths before but for me the 1:1 goes so much deeper as it is tailored to your individual needs and what you have going on in your life. Gemma has been nothing short of amazing. When I came to her I was stressed and burnt out. Only a few sessions later I can chilled, putting in boundaries, drinking lots of water and doing yoga!! I’ve never done any of this before and feel a million times better. Thank you so much Gemma! Alex

I've attended two soundbaths now with Gemm and I have to say, - fantastic both times. Gemm is amazing as she delivers the sounds as you are in deep relaxation . It's the best hour ever of 'YOU TIME' you could ask for. After a soundbath I have the best nights sleep ever and feel so invigorated the next dayI , for one throughly look forward to the next one.
