After being mucked around, ignored and delayed by the installer I had originally chosen, I came across Electropoint almost by accident. But deciding to go with them was certainly the best decision. Professional from the start, offered a very quick install date, engineer turned up on time and took time to look at the different locations for the charger and cable routing. Went for a garage solution which worked so much better, but I didn't think would be possible, but Electropoint made it work. Ohme Home Pro works brilliantly, instantly linked to Ovo and hey presto 7p per Kwh... not going to complain about that.Fantastic service, great price and great people.

From start to finish was perfect,Job was surveyed and quote was received promptly with various options to choose from.Electrician arrived on time and instal was completed with no issues, all mess was tidied up.I would highly recommend if ever looking for work to be done.

Had a charger fitted from this family owned company.Great service from start to finish.Nice friendly and well mannered guys that came to fit it.If you need anything like this company supplies and fits,DONT go anywhere else but them.There might be cheaper companies out there but you won't get any better than this one.Sometimes it's not about price,but level of service and professionalism that counts.

We had 12 solar panels and 2 batteries fitted in our home by this family firm. They were excellent from start to finish. Sophia in the office was super helpful and available to answer any queries we had before, during the process, and post installation.I have just seen that my husband has written his own review; but I have decided to post mine anyway, because I can't praise this company's work too highly! :-)

Had an EV charge installed by this company. Great customer service from start to finish making the whole process painless. Options were explained clearly and they listened to what we wanted. Job was done quickly and installers were brilliant and tidied up and put stuff back we had moved to give them access. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service from start to finish.Spoke to Gerry initially and agreed an installation date.Engineer arrived on time and was done in a couple of hours.Installation was really neat with no mess left behind.I’d highly recommend them without hesitation and will definitely be using them again in future.Superb.

Electropoint Installations UK installed solar panels and batteries at my home. The whole process was simple from start to finish. It is a family business and Gerry came out and talked me through the system they recommended and then provided a very competitive quote. Sophia was a great help in talking me through the process and explaining everything ahead of the installation. She was happy to chat through any questions I had and always responded really quickly to my emails. The installation itself went really well and was done in a day. I have had 2 chargers fitted to my home in last 12 months and Electropoint have been outstanding. ELECTROPOINT UK ARE ABSOLUTELY SUPERB!!!It’s as simple as that. I initially used Electropoint UK to supply and fit a Zappi 2 EV Charger at my home. I specifically chose this particular charger as I wanted one that would be compatible with solar panels I planned to get in the future.I then spoke to Gerry from the company and we spoke about the process of fitting a solar panel system and battery storage system in my my home to compliment the EV charger.He gave me all the information I could ever need and also told me about the Scottish Government and Energy Savings Trust loan and grant scheme that would allow me to fund the installation of the solar panels and batteries way ahead of my intended timeframe.Once this was all sorted out Electropoint then organised a suitable time with me to have everything installed.The 2 electricians and roofers arrived when they said they would and installed the system over a day and a half.There was no mess, no fuss and the installation went very smoothly. The guys tidied up as then went and nothing was too much trouble for them.Once the install was completed everything was explained to me so I understood what the system was doing and how it all worked.I must also mention Sophia who works in the office side of things. No question was too daft and she couldn’t be more helpful with all the paperwork etc. Communication was first class which is very reassuring when dealing with any company.I really can’t praise the whole company highly enough and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for any of my electrical or renewable energy needs.All I can say is “Use them”.
