Multiple late deliveries. Mistruths told to try and placate on more than one occasion which are easily uncovered as such.Unwilling to hear criticism and poor customer service. I have even had to drive to the depot to take stuff off of pallet - if they cannot deliver within the quoted time which was paid for then they give the option of ‘you can come and collect the stuff yourself if you want’.

First Class pallet company and first class people have been using for years and never had a problem great ladies in the office very friendly and very helpful especially Linda and Billy the lorry driver

No notice from driver despite a promise of a call 1hr before. I am deaf, and I need to be actively listening/watching for the door. Due to no notice given I was not expecting the delivery. I needed to let them know to deliver to the back, not the front. Low and behold, I decide to go to the shop. … and the cast iron radiator is on a pallet immediately outside my door. My disabled mother had to climb over it to get out of the house. We are unable to close our gate either. APPALLING.

Was informed that my order would be in the morning up to lunch time. Booked the morning off work. It’s now nearly 2pm and I informed this company about my order. The 1st words from the girl on the phone was “oh, I would have a clue”!!! Said not sure where the order is. Cam back and said that you will get a phone call from the drive 1hr before delivery. I explained again that I was informed about my delivery slot. She didn’t have any customer service skills at all. Now not sure when order will arrive.0nly getting 1 star as it’s the lowest it will go. Should be no stars!!!!!Not impressed

Absolutely useless. Would not recommend. Unreliable and careless. Spend that extra few quid on Montgomery.
