I ordered few pairs of clothes for Eid in Ramadan and the parcel got lost in the post. I contacted customer service and they dealt the matter very smoothly. They refunded me straight away within half an hour. It was the first time I placed an order, but was very impressed with the service they provided. They're honest and trustworthy.

My wife loves the Aysha Nazir collections. Ive ordered from her many times as the customer service received is excellent. The quality is really good and the clothes are very affordable. Definetely recommend!!!

I ordered several items, I had issues with Aysha’s payment system as you incorrectly took the wrong amount, which did not include delivery. Aysha very quickly contact me via text and call to resolve this and issued me with a refund and asked me to repay with the delivery fee which was fine. Upon receiving my items, I contacted Aysha informing her I need to return them. She said we have a no return policy, which I was not aware of. I informed Aysha It’s against consumer rights to not allow refund and even quoted the below so she was aware what she was doing was against the law.**Online, mail and telephone order customers have the right to cancel their order for a limited time even if the goods are not faulty. Sales of this kind are known as ‘distance selling’.You must offer a refund to customers if they’ve told you within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. They have another 14 days to return the goods once they’ve told you.You must refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back. They do not have to provide a reason.**Aysha did not reply to my messages and has stopped all communication. It seems her to priority is getting your money and that is why there is a complete lack of customer service one she has it. I wish I read the other bad reviews before purchasing.

Have ordered online a few times with aysha Nazir. Some suits are hit and miss. Some came with marks on them. Should be properly quality checked. Please also try to provide in the future next day delivery service.Their WhatsApp number they don't reply when sending messages.Overall I would order again as I like the designs but only If the quality checking issue is addressed

I’ve ordered outfits and perfumes from AyshaNazir multiple times and can’t fault the customer service, price point or quality. I highly recommend in store and online purchases and will continue to be a repeat customer.

Salaam just wanted to say this is the second time in 3 weeks that iv ordered from you and tou dont have the size or the item in stock whoever works on your web page needs to be sacked iv been waitng for this delivery since this morning which you said would arrive today and hasnt even been dispatched yet. Iv rang you numerous times since iv started ordering from you and you never answer your phone which i find really rude were all busy we all work but if your quick enough to take our money you should be twice as quick to answer our call. Thanks to you im guna be the odd one out because we all had a colour theme for tonite youv totally ruined my day hope your happy with yourself.

If I could give a O I would , perfume I bought didn’t even seem genuine and secondly when I wanted to return my other bottle she didn’t want to help. Sent her loads of mesgs totally ignored..I wouldn’t recommend buying from her at all because you won’t be able to return your item if it’s faulty or if it doesn’t match description or any reasons .please avoid buying from her . I shouldv have read the other reviews before I purchased also. Will be taking this up furthur. ❌AVOID❌

I have brought so many outifts from here I have to say customer service been so good as I had some problems they sorted it out within minutes !And the outifts I always have so many compliments from everyoneDef worth having there insta page to see all the latest designsI order directly from there websites it’s much easier been to shops but I rather order online
