Lived here for years and probably slept about 5 minutes in total. Noisy neighbours and Guinness couldn't care less. Avoid.

Awful. Awful building, flats and neighbours. Guinness and most of there staff are just incompetent. Will promise to get back to you but never do. Isn't worth paying even £5 for when you have noisy and smelly neighbours.

Lived on the 3rd floor and the people there are just awful. Literally blasting music 24/7 but when reported Guinesss Partnership doesn't see a problem. Do not live here if you value sleep, quite and people the resolve issues.
