Lots of different things to choose form but they are often not priced up which is a shame. The checkout queues can be disappointing. The staff are happy to help and there is free limited parking.Returning to the store after a year or so, still many of the items are missing prices or stacked in the wrong place to give a misleading price. Still disappointed with what has the potential to be a great place to shop. Update, not much has changed. Items still don't have prices on which is very disappointing. But on a positive note there is an Iceland shop actually inside the range store. Iceland actually do price their stock correctly, which is a refreshing change to the range. A further visit to the store and I left empty handed after a pricing error discovered at the checkout. It seems that even if they can price up the shelf they can't put the correct stock by the price. The store never improves, it stays as bad as it has always been.

Just fown the road, well stocked, I can always find a bargain, whether it's craft or general shopping, plants or water feature, food OK, coffee fine ,staff in cafe could do with moving a little faster, and stop yawning, be polite. Other then that all is well if you over stay your welcome, then you get a hefty fine.

Prices missing on some items, have to keep taking items to the till to find the price. Some walk ways tight for wheelchair access other walk ways are slightly wider. Large amount of stock still on wooden pallets awaiting for staff to place on shelves. Single lift to second floor very Small for wheelchair access ( view photo 2.11.20). Only toilets on second floor not made for access of wheelchairs(view photo 2.11.20).Disabled parking outside main entrance, which is a single sliding glass door. Once inside entrance there is a large amount of seasonal stock items crowded around entrance location.Information update 21.06.21.The cafe on the second floor is open. Also hot food and drinks are available outside the Range across the car park at three other catering outlets.Iceland is moving in the craft area on 23 July 2021, the craft stock has been move to the top floor where the children toys once were.

I shop regularly at the Range. I buy everything from plants and gardening items, bedding, ornaments and other items for my home, including tools, hoover, toaster, etc. Also go their to buy household cleaning and laundry supplies. Decorating supplies too. It's local, convenient and affordable. I must admit I've never been disappointed with any product, etc I've purchased from the Range.

The store is really quite good with a wide range of goods at good prices. The cafe is very poor. This has been redesigned and looks nice. It says it now serves Costa coffee but it is from a machine and dreadful. We had cappuccinos and they tasted like dishwater, even after they made the drinks again they were dreadful with no taste at all!? The food is well priced buy only average. I would not visit this cafe again as it is just not a good experience although thd staff are nice the products are pretty poor (fish is mashed and breaded not fillet and the chips were not crispy or that tasty).Stick to buying a few nice items and the handy I store Iceland for food.

Love looking around The Range. They have such a huge variety of products at reasonable prices. Coffee shop with the best Carrot Cake you’ll find anywhere. Decent loos as well.

The range itself is amazing, I like all their Christmas & halloween stock. However, the cafe 89 was disappointing although they have more variety for the food and a really good price, the chips tasted stale and the chicken was chewy, our meals were inedible! We won’t be eating here again. Such a shame.

This was my first visit to The Range (October 2023) and I was surprised how huge it is. There are two floors of everything imaginable. They are already selling huge numbers of things for Christmas. Being a Sunday afternoon, it was very crowded but the till-trained staff were very efficient at getting customers out the door.

Good stock on everything, but be careful with their price! All price wrong, so far twice happened with me they charged much more what was on shelf or label. Can imagine how many people have been ripped off. Staff also has no interest at all.
