I cannot recommend Morgan Kelly enough! They were recommended to me 14 years ago, and I have just used them again for another transaction, as did my brother a couple of years back. We all know that the house buying / selling process is stressful, slow and complex. We often feel frustrated at the lack of progress and communications. I really found Sarah & Tyler at Morgan Kelly to be true to their commitments when they say that they WILL update you regularly and they WILL chase the other party for progress. I had total confidence that they were working on my behalf behind the scenes. It's also well worth noting that Morgan Kelly do in fact turn away new work (as happened to me last year!) if they are too busy because they don't wish to dilute the quality of their service!!
