Delivery arrived on time. Hotdogs as expected. Chips are nice. Side salad looks lovely with homemade coleslaw. Burgers are really disappointing. Inedible to the point of making me feel sick. Cheap freezer patties. Ate half of one because I was starving....really wish I hadn't. 2 and a half burgers in the bin. Waste of money and I'm still hungry. Ordered the BBQ box. Children happily munching their way through the hotdogs and chips though. Really hoped burgers would at least be of higher quality or homemade patties. Won't be ordering again.

I also played this course found it very dangerous as twice I was nearly hit by stray golf balls.There are too many blind drives and having no course planner gives you no idea the hazards awaiting you or which direction the hole goes.What I should have done is report these to the owner as a near miss then perhaps he might take people's comments seriously.

Nice clubhouse and friendly staff the downside was the course. Very dangerous with crossing holes, no maps on the tees to show all the trouble, lack of direction markers, we got lost, the greens were all different so it was impossible to gauge each time. The whole place looks run down and tired. Would not want to return. Sorry.

Really good course, loved it. One of my best rounds too

A bit of a hidden gem in the North East and host to many County/National events.Not too long at just over 6,000 yards but very challenging. Even so, higher handicaps will find it fair. Excellent greens and fabulous views.Pretty hilly and definitely not for the unfit!Well above average practice areas - there are three of them - and a first class pro shop.A very pleasant clubhouse ensures a good start and/or end to your game.Definitely worth a visit.

At times a challenging course, mainly due to the hills on the course. On the day we played the first four holes had to be played last.

I ordered 3 dinners, 2 beef and 1 chicken 2 hours before precise delivery at 1:30pm it arrived at 1:40pm there was 3 adult dinners and 2 gravy’s , an absolute pisstake as one dinner was for my mother in Law at a different address! I won’t be ordering from this any more!

Hadn't played at Southmoor for about 7 or 8 years but had positive memories and was looking forward to a return visit. Four of us played and none of us were disappointed. The course was in excellent condition and we all had a very enjoyable round of golf. The course provides a good challenge and each hole has sufficient variation to keep you on your toes. We received a warm welcome in the clubhouse where we also enjoyed some delicious food. All four of us plan to play again in the not too distant future.
