Ellen Gingell - EKG Sports and Remedial Massage

Wow! Ellen is amazing! I been having trouble with mobility and lots of pain and tightness around an old scar and she has really helped to relieve the pain and tension around it and the surrounding areas. The results have been amazing and I feel so much lightness and relief within my whole body after every time I see her. She is also so knowledgeable in so many areas and its so useful and interesting to hear her explanations and insights into how my body is doing. It goes without saying that she is also such a lovely person and creates a really comfortable and nourishing environment... all in all, I highly recommend Ellen and the amazing, all-round service that she offers!

I had such a great experience with Ellen. She was really attentive to my needs and the areas where I had tension, and used a mix of techniques to get rid of knots that I didn't think would ever budge. The vibe was really nice and Ellen is super friendly, she shared tips on how I can massage myself/ stretch at home to alleviate any tensions. Wish I lived in Bristol so I could visit more frequently

Ellen is fantastic, one of the most intuitive masseuses I’ve ever met, she is brilliant at both sports and holistic massage. Also she’s bloody lovely and spending an hour with her is always such a good laugh! 11/10.

Ellen is amazing! I'm hypermobile which has caused me various ongoing issues and pain across my back, hips, shoulders and neck over the years, and Ellen took the time to really understand my issues and tailor her techniques to my needs rather than just addressing the knots. She is really knowledgable and gave me loads of advice to take home with me to help avoid and manage tension myself. She is also just lovely and super professional - she made me feel really comfortable and I cannot wait to see her again soon!!

As a builder I’m no stranger to a massage. I have been to a few over the years, but I must say that I haven’t had a better experience than with Ellen, she has the ability to find the exact location of the pain and all the knots.All I had to do was roughly explain what the issue was and then Ellen worked over the areas with perfect pressure and intuitive touch.Ellen has relieved decade long ailments that others could not.I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Can’t recommend Ellen enough, I had my first massage with her yesterday and woke up today feeling brand new!! I felt like she really got to work on my back but it was still a super relaxing experience - best of both worlds!
