I had never used a storage facility before and was a bit intimidated about how it all worked. From my first phone call and then all through the 3 months I used Access, the staff at Selly Oak made the experience very easy. They were unfailingly friendly and helpful. A very positive experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Large units, easy access and good prices. Only downside is they charge extra per month for out of hours access which is a bit misleading when they advertise 24Hr open all over the website. Should made clear to customers it's a paid service. Otherwise can't fault it, still 5*

A very professional well organised storage facility at Selly Oak. My comments are directed specifically at the SellyOak branch, but others may be just as good if the company trains all its staff this way.The team I met when booking my large unit could not have been more helpful. They even took it upon themselves to correct some problems that would have become apparent later because I booked on line, but paid in store. Really nothing seemed to phase these folk. They all went out of their way to help. Even on the first day I rolled in to Access the store room again help was at hand.Prices seem to be reasonable and are certainly in line with others. Access however do off some facilities not present every where, so check carefully. Definitely five star rating and service.**** U P D A T E ****My removal van arrived at the unit and the Staff here welcomed them as I was unable to be there. As the unloading progressed the wonderful team of advisors at Selly Oak kept in touch with me by phone. When it was obvious that more space was needed they again exceeded expectations and found another suitable unit for the ‘overflow’ and very quickly helped me to complete the paperwork by email. Again fast friendly and very efficient service. Thanks guys you helped keep me sane!

Easy booking, great discount, professional, helpful and pleasant staff. Easy access. Clean, secure facilities.This is my first experience with self storage. I had to move a long way and Access Self Storage gave me great peace of mind. Would highly recommend. Truly excellent service. 10 out of 10

I needed somewhere to store my large book collection when I downsized from a 3 bed house to an apartment.Access Storage, Selly Oak was the perfect solution. I would definitely recommend. The unit was clean, dry and well lit; there were trolleys available to move the boxes from the car. The building was monitored by security cameras, so I always felt safe there. Mustn't forget to mention the spotless toilets which were very useful.Excellent customer service from the friendly, professional staff, who always answered the phone and responded to emails promptly. No question was too trivial.The fact that the bus from my home stopped right outside the building made it a perfect location for me.

All the staff have been professional and helpful.They were patient in helping to find and accommodate the right size unit. Making for a smooth process when moving items in and out. Brilliant experience from beginning to end. Thanks again for all your help.

I would like to thank the staff at Access who went above and beyond to help me on my move in date, when I was unexpectedly delayed. Overall, I do not have a bad word to say about the service. Let's hope the move out is as smooth and the move in!

The storage units are clean, secured and corridors are wide. The price is really good as well. The staff are really nice and helpful.Mr. Julien helped us a lot and his German is really good. He’s very professional and a good company. Great customer service. I will definitely recommend it to everyone.

We had a storage room here as we were searching for a house. The 8 week 50% off deal was great, but the people here are great and accommodating. Very personable and happy to help where they can. We had a late access requirement and it was setup in the app with no dramas. We highly recommend this facility!

Access Self Storage is a paid storage facility where you can store your goods or properties for a fee. They provide this container type storage measured at different sizes depending on how much stuff you need to store. The application process is not too stressful, although they will make you feel a form, provide a means of identification and proof of address and a next of kin or emergency contact. You will need internet access to get on the app and have a profile opened for you as well. All together not too much of a stress process.
