The work the Cardiff Team did to my car is absolutely shocking. A week after my car was repaired for a stone chip, I went back into my vehicle which I hadn’t driven that day and was greeted by a stress crack. The stress crack then got incredibly worse and started all the way down the bottom, right the way to the top. Basically the entire screen.Thankfully, a mobile fitter came to replace my glass today who I must add was very professional and very confused by the poorly fitted glass. He stated that the work was done so terribly and showed me how badly fitted it was. The seals along the sides weren’t in properly, too much resin at the bottom which caused the stress crack.Thanks to your team, I have been without my car for a week as I was too concerned and frightened to drive it with such a huge crack in the centre - which I could have had points for! My car wasn’t fit to drive because of your work.I seriously wouldn’t advise autoglass to anybody, I could barely get in touch with anybody to report the issue and make them aware of the ill-fitting glass and the awful work that they did.Clearly the work was done by somebody lazy who couldn’t be bothered - you ought be ashamed of yourselves. Clearly a rushed job done to my car!! Absolutely applauded.

On day of appointment all done as required. Although technician told me he will call me when work is done which he never called. Thats no problem i went for hiking to sea lovely view of city (do take water with you) and when i came back after two and half hour, work was done and my car was ready to drive!

I would have to class myself as pretty particular especially when it comes to my car. So handing it over to someone to perform fairly major surgery is a big deal for me. But I needn't have worried. When I handed over the keys to Daryl at the Taffswell branch and watched him meticulously install all of the multitude of protective covers on my seat, steering wheel, wings and grille area it gave me a warm feeling that he knew what he was doing. We chatted for a few minutes and then I left him to it and fair play, 90 minutes or so later, surgery was complete and he handed my car back in spotless condition and ready for me to go. He gave me a few pointers about what not to do for the next 2 days and I was away. All in all an easy and painless replacement of my windscreen exactly as they said it would be. Big thanks Daryl and special thanks to Alan at the call centre for sorting out the early issues.

Had a windscreen replaced today at Autoglass Cardiff and nothing but praise for the friendly and professional service from Dan and the staff. Appointment made on the spot and cause of damage (not their job) rectified as a courtesy. 5***** rating from me and a massive thank you for getting me back in the road securely!

Fantastic service - professional, polite and knowledgeable representative (Matt) who took time and care to undertake the repair and explain the process to me. Went above and beyond with providing additional advice and explained key features (solar windscreen) of my car that I didn’t even know I had! Very knowledgeable and reassuring to have an expert on hand. Thank you :-)

Booked through my insurance company who transferred me to Autoglass booking centre. I arranged an 8am appointment because of work commitments directly after the repair had been completed, also paid £25.When I attended there was no evidence that I had booked an appointment and paid for it. Eventually a technician to my car through to the repair area. The outcome in my opinion was poor whereby the minor chip on the windscreen was much more visible than it was before I took to there.Poor service, poor organisation and in my opinion poor quality of work.Never again.

Had a great experience this morning stone chip completed quicker than expected 1 hour back on the road in 45 minutes. Couldn't help feeling sorry for the staff as they were dealing with a car for an aggressive little man with a comb over. Cheers guys

Friendly fella spoke to me upon arrival for my booking (to have my whole windscreen replaced). Work has been completed to a very good standard and well within the allocated time slot. No complaints at all from me, I'm happy to recommend this place, with my thanks.
