Asked for two site appraisals . Let down twice . Don’t seem to care . Cranes look lovely in the pictures though .

A company that works under the strap line of 'big enough to cope, small enough to care'. Our experience was one of 'arrogant enough to take your money & run'. The driver decided the ground was unfit for his 'all terrain' crane leaving us with a problem that was resolved by another company that was on site and did the job with no hint of a problem the same morning....and at less money. Despite the inference on two occasions that there would be a part refund nothing has been forthcoming.Recommendation: There are plenty of other crane hire companies out there that 'care'!
