Avoid. Very rude and poor customer service especially from store manager. Held our plumbers back for a week due to not ordering enough tiles (on their advice using provided measurements) then the warehouse forgot to load the truck with our tiles. No apology and no reply from customer service. Will discourage anyone using CTD.

I have been a customer of CTD's for over a decade (they were formally known as Tile Depot); in all those years, not once has there been an issue in terms of customer service (& satisfaction) - all the staff are attentive & most assiduous. In truth, I cannot, for one moment, understand Mr. Higgins' pernicious invective toward the employees. I also have friends who are professional tilers who exclusively use CDT, primarily due to (their) professionalism & helpful demeanour - it is certainly always my first port of call when considering first rate ceramics & adjunct materials to complete a tiling task. Anyone taking on such a project would be well advised to pay them a visit - you shall not be disappointed. The guys who work there are more than helpful - even down to the minutiae (& where one might consider any question in relation to tiling, insignificant). Not unnaturally, CTD deserve a well-earned five stars from this customer.

Cant thank the staff enough.Always really helpful and ready with advice.I only ever used Topps but rarely go there as I know l can get all l need from CTD Basingstoke and always at the best price.
