Drove 30 minutes to catch before closing at 7pm after finishing work. Got there at 6:30pm and the boy on the desk refused to serve me, saying he shuts in 5 minutes. Obviously he couldn’t be arsed. Absolutely useless. Was only looking to pick up a console with no bill no pay.

The customer service in this shop is truly shocking. They will act ok until your either looking for a refund or the shop is 30 mins away from closing then you are treated like trash. I came into the shop 40 mins before it closed to look into trading in a ps4 for a discount on a Nintendo switch. After waiting in the queue for 10 mins as one of the staff was standing behind the till doing nothing and the other was dealing with a customer. Then when I get there I get told that they won't have time as they are about to close (30 mins) and instead to come back another day, they didn't even look at it and I had made sure it was all ready. You just feel like you are not valued as a customer, can't wait for amazon and online downloads to kill their business.

It's a busy store, well organised into the various consoles. Staff are friendly and are keen to help explain things to those who need help but will leave you to your own thoughts if you want. I admire how they don't talk down to kids about Fortnite and the like, but still know their stuff. Support bricks and mortar retailers this Christmas!

Staff really make this place, C.J literally gives the gold standard of customer service, which I really appreciate. So informative, helpful, always up-to-date with any new deals etc but not pushy. It's rare to find such top notch customer service these days, hope he's recognised well for the passion he brings to his job!

Game isn't what it used to be, now that it is no longer required to buy PC games but it is still useful for tracking down games those all important console games the young folks spend so much time with these days. This one has a good line in second hand games to help reduce the cost. The staff are helpful and seem to know what they are talking about.

Pretty much the only major shop front gaming retailer left, and thankfully a good one. Staff are always good, offering genuine advice even if it means advising against a sale (if a product isn't what you'd enjoy from your description, or compatible with kit at home for instance). Honesty like this - and the fact that they know this stuff - demonstrates staff who are gamers themselves and actually care about customers. A rare thing in retail these days.

Game is in every High Street and every shopping centre, so it must be quite successful. They sell mostly console games and the consoles needed for these games. If they blindfolded you and put you in any of their stores it would be a problem to tell where you are, their stores are that similar. They also sell 2nd hand goods including smart phones, consoles and games.
