I have been renting my apartment since February 2017. The members of staff at the Naylor Powell Management Office are helpful, friendly and professional. Very professional from the start. I was able to quickly arrange the viewing appointment and everything went smooth from that point. The required checks were done within a few days and the tenancy agreement was ready to sign. I had received the keys to the flat shortly after. Both of the Teams from Naylor Powell Lettings and Property Management were really great. The Team from the Property Management section were exceptionally easy to deal with. They were very kind and helpful to me when I first moved in with a couple of things that needed attention. They dealt with everything very promptly and happily took me through what I needed to know.
