Best salon in Derby city centre for eyebrows , eyelashes and all the other treatments, all the staff is very friendly.

Had eyebrow threading done for over 10 years. Recently moved so used this place. This woman went so slow it hurt like she was tweezing each hair out individually. Think she thought I couldn't understand punjabi so casually chatted about how I was a drama queen to the other staff. On top of that the eyebrows are crooked. Would not recommend!

Paid £25 for a gel polish pedicure, the polish started chipping after 1 day and when they did my cuticles they pushed them so far leaving me in pain for 2 days! Would not recommend and definitely won't be returning

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I went it initially for an eyebrow wax which to their credit, was done really well. First of all I was criticised for how short I wanted my eyebrows to be. Secondly, once I was taken upstairs for a massage and body scrub, the woman told me she couldn’t continue because there was a disgusting smell and that she couldn’t be in the same room as me. I shower at least 2-4 times a day and the humiliation I felt after being told this knowing how I clean I was. I would avoid this place at all costs. I thought very highly of this place as their services were really good. After they lied to my face, humiliated me and the 2 women that were in laughed between them as I listened from upstairs in tears.

I got eyelash extensions and boy do I regret it!!The woman glued the lashes to my EYELID causing a lot of pain! Half had fallen off on the second day of having them.Didn't have a nice experience while in the place either. The women were rude and were calling me and my little sister rude names in their language, not realising that I understood. Laughing and joking about how we were silly white girls".Won't be returning!"

I normally go for threading.. I've been visiting this place for 4 years now.. I have rarely walked out disappointed.. Nice customer service and fair prices!They do offer other services but I prefer threading from this place!

I had my eye lashes performed at this place in July 2023 and the treatment I received was truly horrific! Firstly I advised the lady that I was allergic to aloe Vera as I get facial oedema and rash and she replied ok and did not check the ingredient she was applying to my face. I had to ask her to stop so I could check - (I should have left at this point). As we began to get my eyelash extensions started I felt an irritation in my left eye in which I knew lash glue was in my eye and she stated in fact it was just the lash fumes!! (I’ve had my eye lashes performed multiple before and I have never had this feeling). She then denied getting lash glue in my eye even though my left eye was red, watery and stinging. As I left for my next appointment, there was a large clumping eye lash glue in my hair, I called to tell them they left glue in my hair and they stated, we are closing so you better come back soon. As I arrived, they replied - how do you know that’s eye lash glue and I didn’t somehow in 28 minutes of me leaving attach a lump of glue in my hair?!?!?! They finally removed the eye lash glue from my hair, reluctantly apologised after I began crying with the hostile environment and backlash i was facing. They were utterly rude and would not remove my name from their system as I no longer wanted to be apart of their client list!I’ve been to so many beauty salons and I have never been treated this badly ever! Please do not go to this salon - it’s horrific!

I’m giving this 1 star. I have had a very bad experience here and it was my first time going forMy eye brow threading and tinting. The lady that did it never spoke she was too busy talking to other staff never asked if I was comfy. And I wasn’t. And to top it off she cut half of eye brow of when threading and cut my skin multiple times. Also when she did my tinting never left it on long enough so the tint never went on properly and tried to tell me when I saw what she had done to my eye brow that it was already like that. I know my eye brow wasn’t. She has made such a mess to the point I was running round town goingTo different salons to see if there is anything they can do. Of course no because MY EYEBROW HAS BEEN CUT IN HALF. So to be honest I do not recommend this salon at all.
