Went to get some ink cartridges for my computer printer. Staff were very helpful and showed me where all the inks were. Unfortunately they didn't have individual colours (I wanted yellow), so I had to buy a full pack. Saves me another trip later

Terrible service. Walked in and was looking at both coffee machines and air fryers. Staff member was chatting to security guard and waited for them to finish but didn't approach or ask if we needed help. Had to approach him and asked about price matching with Ninja as they had a sign about price matching but wasn't sure as it was from the supplier and not another store. He said would be fine despite it being from the supplier.Went to pay and the gentleman at the till said that they don't price match suppliers. He said I could go and find the guy that had said they can do it and do it under his name but he had suddenly disappeared. Waste of time and pricing was all mixed up so takes longer to work out which price is for which product.

Their prices are absolutely insane. 15£ for a simple power cord?!? I wanted to support physical retailers, but that is way too much, when the actual cost is like 50p., or 5£ on Amazon

Well, that was a disappointing experience. Went to look at TVs, half were off and when asked the response was I don't know why they are off". There were also no prices on display

Avoid this company. Their phone line is a scam designed to waste enough of your time that you give up and decide that taking more of your money and setting it on fire is a better use of your time than continuing to engage with this joke of a service.

HiThere is a particular gentleman that I was appreciative of his service as he helped me twice with a smile. Service with a smile goes a long way and I would like his management and the internet to know how he was exceptional. I had an order that then became in to a few things that I didn’t know I had to have as far as what else it would need. For clarity sometime you think you can order what you need, find out it needs other things to operate and it’s good to have someone there to explain it. Very knowledgeable and needs a promotion as far as helping multiple customers in a store we’re management is needed for context. Well done assistant 44 Alex as what it said on my till receipt.I had to return to edit. This I am really pleased that the receipt said 44 Alex. As I am playing with my orders, I have realized that the 44 Alex that helped me is the same till receipt ID I had from last time. My Bride really appreciates the kitchen appliances and I have to had a fun time cleaning them. TaaRegards

I was looking for a new laptop and came away with everything I needed. I was served by Savy who was very knowledgeable, patient and super helpful in finding me the right laptop. He spent a good 30 minutes with me, answered all the questions I had and seemed like he genuinely wanted to help. Would highly recommend.

This is one of the better branches in my opinion.Staff service is very good compared to Sydenham branch. Staff actually came up to me to ask me if I needed help instead of just wondering around like in Sydenham branch.Staff at this branch, please keep up your good work.Although car park is small and can get busy sometimes I am usually able to find the a spot.As the branch itself is relatively small is size then there is not much room to display items so that you can see and feel" the item. Best if you know what you want to buy in advance."
