Good service except for upon return of the minibus we hired. We had got a flat tyre during our trip which we explained. The company had a policy to charge us the full excess there and then which I was assured would be refunded when it was looked at that afternoon. After three days of chasing I found out the repair had been done and money refunded but still no call to me had been made. When i tried to explain how disappointed I was the receptionist hung up on me. I'm not convinced the amount charged for a tyre is fair, but will wait and see what my itemised bill says when it arrives in the post.Good service before we hired it but really poor customer service since we returned it.
