Busy spot, not many spaces though did manage to find one. It's a downhill walk into town and guess what? Yup, uphill after a day spent enjoying the harbour and beaches. Park and ride may be a cheaper option?

Park here and walk down the winding streets to the beach, it's quite steep so not for everyone but if your knees can take it. Meandre down the little houses and shops takes around 15 mins, coming back up is a bit of a workout and the view from up there is beautiful.

A very good car park and well positioned away from all the narrow streets towards the harbour.Spaces are limited (approx 70) when we arrived on a Saturday morning around 10.30am there were still a few places available but I’m sure it fills up quickly.You can pay by either cash or card and the parking charges are only up until 6pm.It’s a steep, but short walk down to the harbour (either via step access or a sloped decent).Some good views too because of the elevated position over the harbour. There are other car parks closer, but with much more limited numbers.

Best car park to aim for - avoids all the narrow roads and pedestrians. Short walk down to the town (few minutes) but steep steps on the way back up.Good turnover of spaces here too.

It has a great place to take pictures of the sea, the town and the beach but it is a long trek back up the hill from the beach and the town and if you get lost (which is very easy to do) you will be climbing hills trying to find the car park there is probably better places but they would be a lot more expensive and it would be hard to find a spot

Good place to park your car for a visit of St Ives. However, be prepared for the steep decent from the car park to the town center and back. Good general fitness is required especially for the way up as you need to climb about 10 minutes from St Ives center to the car park with an average slope of 10% - nothing for people with heart problems…

Good location and easy enough to pay for parking.I don't like visiting St Ives in peak season as parking is a nightmare, however this was a good find
