-5 stars. Unfortunately our beloved cat is very sick and needs to go to sleep. I rang the vet , no sympathy from the receptionist at all, and I was told 230£ for them to take the cat. When I said that we would take her home and bury her in the garden I was told around £430. For an injection.. disgusting, taking advantage in such sad sad moment.I rang goddard and for the same procedure is 130. We will be there , holding her paw as we say goodbye. Vets only rip people off, sometime I wonder if they really care about pets, or l they see is £££ everything an animal walks in

Abso joke, next available appointment is next week but tells me they can't take on new patients when I tried to make a booking in 4 weeks time. Didnt't even have a solution just straight up no to booking in a new patient and told to go elsewhere. Don't understand why the receptionist even works there sounds like she hates her job and the least helpful offered no solution.

I booked an appointment for my French bulldog for a standard health check because I just wanted to make sure everything was up to date and my dog was fine in health.I was going to be late because Uber pet drivers kept cancelling my job so I called up to let them know I was going to be late and the receptionist said it was ok I spent £15 on a taxi there and when I got to this vets they said to me they can’t see me as there is an emergency going on in one of the rooms. The receptionist could’ve told me over the phone when I called her but she didn’t and plus some other staff member came and said to me that they wanted to reschedule for another day so I’ve came to the vets for nothing but a waste of time and a waste of money because I’ve got to spend more money to get back home now what an absolute jokeThe staff are polite like but just not that good at doing there job

Friendly vets, clean clinic but just need to be better with following up on appointments if things are out of stock and calling to let the client know when it’s in

Where to start. Firstly our dear old boy who was put to sleep by this vet back in October. It was a heartbreaking decision to make and the vets and receptionist couldn’t have been colder. To top it off, when they bought him through to give him the injection some nurse came in waiving a leaflet with the different urns we could choose before my dog had even passed. It was disgusting quite frankly and the whole experience felt rushed and horrible. There was no sympathy and we were left feeling shell shocked. Our other dog has an ongoing issue with allergies. We’ve had bloods and various tests done twice and it was concluded it was “environmental”. They prescribed an antihistamine which he takes intermittently but every time we call up for more to be dispensed when it flairs up again they insist he must come in for yet more tests before they dispense it. If he was on it all the time then bloods annually or 6 monthly might be necessary but as he hasn’t taken the medicine for over 3 months it seems like a money making exercise quite frankly. I’ve had dogs all my life and my own as pets for 16 years and I have never left a bad review for a vet. Avoid this place at all costs.

Vets are generally good but they are always “short” of vets - quite often only one vet. The biggest issue is admin. You call and there must be no one manning the phones. You have to wait 30 mins-40 mins for any one to pick up the call. I don’t know why they don’t appear to have a receptionist that picks up. It’s basically like trying to get hold of your GP but you then have to pay thousands of pounds for the treatment.

I've had nothing but good experiences in the five years I've been taking my dog here. The staff I've dealt with have always been kind and caring, often going above and beyond to build trust with my dog and make him feel safe and looked-after.

Heartbroken that, after having used the practice for years, lately, we have to question the advice the vet has given us and then push back on some treatments. We feel that services and products are being suggested for sake of money making rather than the well being of our pet.

This used to be much better when it was Zasman. Medivet put some prices up, they never answer the phone, they are always so late for appointments that we always have to reschedule (once charged us for a dose of vaccine they couldn't administer because they cancelled the appointment!). Staff is very nice though, but Medivet are just greedy and there to milk you.
