My step father bought hearing aids here a couple of years ago when the person in the shop, David worked there. David is now In a different shop and his replacement is definitely not amazing. I would no longer recommend amplifon chester

I had a excellent service from Kevin at the Chester Le Street branch.Sadly he is only covering maternity leave but I hope to find out where he is going at my next appointment.He is proffesional, patient but mostly understanding of my hearing issues.Thank you KevinS Jennings

A huge thank you to Michael who really came through for us. Amplifon was our 4th stop to try to get my father's hearing aid looked at! He took the time to listen and was able to sort out the problem.
