Had two jobs done in our house and both had issues and problems with one of them not rectified. Maybe they are good but my own experience has been poor quality at medium to high price point. Doubtful I would return.

Staff member friendly and very knowledgeable.Enough choice of carpets to choose from.Haven't decided on a particular carpet yet.Definitely worth a visit.

The young lad khan on the front desk gave all the speil I’ve got this I’ve got that then wanted the full balance gave half the balance as didn’t have enough set a date for fitting only to be told on the Monday by someone else the carpet isnt in stock went down to shop and asked why I wasn’t told this, the lad started trying to defend the fact he had lied arguing with me about it and getting annoyed at me telling me that’s just how it is and he would have taken all my money still knowing it may not be in stock!! so I asked about getting another carpet at same price or even a good discount for my troubles NO CHANCE , the lad flat refused to take responsibility and offered me £30 getting annoyed at me again for even contemplating such an idea!If you suffer from anxiety or anything like it this is not the place to go the lad will just tell you anything to get a sale and deposit and won’t be friendly when it all goes wrong!Ps they don’t do Black Friday deals either

Very good service with knowledgeable and helpful staff. In my opinion, you have to include them as part of your price and customer service comparable.

I've never had a better experience in a carpet store! The guy is so bloody lovely and really knows his stuff! Also, the prices really are pretty unbeatable ❤
