What a lovely experience! Many thanks to Danielle, Darren and Jim for taking such good care of us and making today such a happy memory. From the tasty food to the most enjoyable sing-a-long, it was spot on. As a birthday celebration it was great fun. Being on the top deck allowed us to admire so many aspects of Glasgow that we hadn't seen before. Very well done.

This was an absolutely brilliant experience. The excellent service started as soon as the booking was made. Full details of special needs were taken. There was even a phone call the day before to remind you of the booking. The staff on the bus could not have been nicer. Service was efficient, helpful. They developed a very happy atmosphere. The commentary was informative and funny. It typified Glasgow as the friendly city.Food was very good and plentiful. Prosecco on arrival was tasty. Gin was very nicely presented in a teapot. It too was very pleasant.Overall a very good experience. A lovely way to meander around Glasgow whilst enjoying afternoon tea.

Received this as a mother's day present and finally went today, wasn't too sure of what to expect but it was brilliant. The right amount of food and everything was tasty. Danielle who was our server was amazing, she dealt the being a staff member down and served everyone herself and did a fantastic job, she kept everyone entertained, will definitely recommend it to everyone I know, can't wait to come again. Well done Danielle & Ricky

I booked High Tea for two after seeing the bus on the roads of Glasgow and do not regret it. Very pleasant way to spend an hour and a half! The sandwiches, cakes and scones were delicious, the interior of the bus is well-decorated and the staff was lovely. Shoutout to Danielle who made it a real blast!

We had this booked as a wedding gift. We were really looking forward to it. Sadly, the experience didn’t quite live up to our expectations. Having paid an extra £6pp to ‘upgrade’ to a front seat on top of the bus, we were left feeling quite underwhelmed by the experience. There were two issues. First, the upgraded seat was a typical bus seat where we both shared the one seat. This was advertised as being the best means to avoid others sitting with you, but each table in the rest of the upper floor had a single person in one two-person seat and a table between them. For no extra cost, they had far more space. Secondly, given the temperature outside, the condensation on the windows didn’t really allow you to see anything properly outside the windows. I get that the weather can’t be controlled, but a cloth or something could’ve been given to allow us to at least wipe the windows. We used napkins, tissues and a laminated brochure to try to clean the windows throughout the hour-long journey. I mentioned to the staff member that it was disappointing that we really couldn’t see anything on the tour but that was left with a vacant look and blank response. Had we not paid an extra £12, I’d have accepted it as being just one of those things, but this seat came at an extra cost and to say it was an upgrade was comical. The food (albeit a smallish portion) and singer were both good but I’d avoid ‘upgrading’. It is what it was but it wasn’t worth £90.
