Friendly, professional, courteous and just genuinely nice. Took my signet ring there to be resized using gold from a chain from my recently deceased grandmother. They totally understood the sentimental nature of the work they were undertaking and put me totally at ease. The work itself was carried out quickly and to the highest standard. Really cannot rate highly enough. Thank you everyone.

Made us a custom plantinum wedding band for a bespoke engagement ring. Excellent service, superb attention to detail, lovely staff and workshop on site. We couldn't be happier. Highly recommended. Can't see ourselves going anywhere else. Massive thanks!

Dave is one of those individuals that make Canterbury so great. This is why several people travel across the country to visit this place. His attention to detail and customer service is extraordinary. Me and my wife popped in to get her wedding resized, blow away by the fantastic service. We will be back again.

I cannot recommend Hadfields enough, the service we received from Dave and Allie was personal, professional and meticulous. They and the team are extremely skilled and want nothing more than to make your precious jewellery sparkle again whilst ensuring each and every diamond is securely in place at every step. I had one of my rings built up to secure my diamonds and it looks just like it did 12 years ago. They also refreshed 3 other rings which I am equally pleased with.Dave and the team will be our go to" jewellers from now on and I will continue to recommend the business to my friends and family."

Me and my fiancée had such a wonderful experience with Dave and the team at Hadfields. We purchased two wedding rings, one that was bespoke. Wow, so overwhelmed today when we went to pick up my watch. Ok, the watch was in for repair since last June but it had to be sent to Germany! Anyway, to cut a long story short we finally got it back today. However to reiterate this was not Hadfields fault whatsoever. Well, when we picked up the watch we also got flowers, wine and a voucher as an apology for the wait, how kind was that of them. We have shopped a lot at the jewellers but absolutely did not expect the thoughtfulness of both Allie and Dave, thank you so much.Jim GQ
