Sportif Suzuki

I took my car in for a service, I was given a loan car whilst my car was in the garage. This was unexpected but very much appreciated as it meant I could carry on with my day. Adrian in service was extremely polite and helpful and very knowledgeable, I felt I was in safe hands. On return I was pleased to see that my car had been washed , this was a fantastic added bonus to the brilliant service that I had already received. I will definitely be returning again. Very good friendly efficient service and good coffee

I am now on my fourth Suzuki, which speaks volumes for the cars. Never had a problem, just taken them in for MOTs and services. I live many miles away but would not trust my car with any other garage. Even gave the car a wash with the service! The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

After sales experience: the service dept are excellent. Tell you if anything needs doing, ask before doing it. Honest and reliable. Not expensive for Suzuki parts and labour.

A superb friendly team, very knowledgeable and helpful in what can be a complex area in finding the right car or fixing an issue. Would highly recommend their services and have done on numerous occasions! Family run by Nick & Annie who are lovely people.

I have had great service since I got my car from them. Prices are good and customer service is excellent. Never had any problems, I will be sad to leave Sportif as I'm getting an electric car from another dealership. I will always recommend you to anyone. Also Gareth and Simon were really helpful when I got my Suzuki.

Took my Vitara to Sportif as it's a family run business who specialize in Suzuki .Customer service was first class and the staff are extremely nice.They went out of their way to help and they use the recommended oil by Suzuki Motul unlike many other dealers who use cheaper inferior quality oils .I'll be definitely returning every year.Thanks for the Great Service Sportif Suzuki.

Very good service and after care. Got below the 'what car' price for a new Swift. Great for a small village garage. Honest when it comes to repairs and service.

Wild experience here.After an initially nice experience getting my car MOT’d (it failed), I took it home to do the work required (note they weren’t able to make money off of repairs) I took the car back a few days later for a retest. This time they phoned me to say it’s failed on something else! You guys did the test in the first place!I was not allowed to take my car home to do this new work, instead I either had to pay the money for the new repair or pay another £50 for another MOT the next day. So obviously I paid the repair fee. What was the repair you ask? Adjusting the headlight bulb….. literally 30s of work.This obviously annoyed me but okay whatever at least I have my car back. Now, after the first MOT they unplugged my black box (why?) and just chucked it in the footwell causing a warning from my insurance company. Things happen so, for the retest I specifically asked them not to unplug it, they agreed. Nope, they unplugged the black box yet again causing another warning!I note the other good reviews but honestly this was such a bad experience I would rather d*e than come back here! Also quoted way over average to do the original work required. Garages have a bad rep for ripping young people, or anyone who doesn’t look like they know about cars, off and this is why.
