The tone in which the girl spoke from the very beginning was outright rude for no reason at all. The crepe was like rubber and slimy and when I mentioned it she screamed at me to which I very politely responded that it’s ok don’t bother and sat down. Worst place to come if you’re having a bad day, the staff makes you feel anything but welcomed.To reply to your review. I am utterly disappointed. Firstly, I don’t care whether the crepe was an add on or I got it separately. I have complained about the quality of food and service which should not vary. In your reply, you’re simply invalidating my experience and implying I’m lying. I have no reason to do that. When I complained about the food, the girl was extremely rude and loud and said keep it here nothing I can do and what not, I was so shocked that I simply left and said don’t bother. Again, I don’t need to you to approve this. I just want to put this out there so that others get to choose wisely. Thank you!

We just had uber eats deliver from here. Spend 50 pounds and it was soggy, cold and icecream half way melted. So disappointing and sad

I love to come to this lovely nice caffe ice cream is always nice very deep flavours . Coffee has an amazing taste is a bit sweet nice smooth and silky. I feel very welcome and there is great customer service each time I visit this place and here is also nice place to read some of their little library books:)

Terrible service, the guy working the till forgot to tell the waiter that our order was take away, we had to argue with the waiter because he wasn’t having it. We ordered their thick shakes that turned out to be just coloured cold milk, it took over 15mins just to serve us our milkshakes in a restaurant that wasn’t even busy. We had to get a refund so I wouldn’t recommend the Wimbledon branch.

I love the staff they treat you like your family but it's way to hot in side the restaurant as they don't pot on the air-conditioning so when you sit in side it's gets to hot that why I. Not giving a 5 star

Nice food, reasonably priced, portions are big enough to share rather then ordering your own. I had the Nutella sandwich and my friend had the strawberry and meringue waffle. Service is always average, staff not really very happy and always feels like they feel it's a chore to serve you. Saying that food did come quick once ordered.
