Got to be the most unhelpful Audi dealership in the UK. Reception staff are appalling. Seem to take pleasure in making life difficult for customers. Last two Audis bought down South for the reason. Unfortunately for warranty have to use them for service.The mechanic side are helpful.

Not the usual Audi dealership experience, the staff here actually make you feel welcome and valued. From the minute we walked in the door we were treated fantastic. Definitely worth the visit.Used this dealer again, for a service this time, can't fault them. It takes me around 2 hours to drive to this dealer, yes I have Audi dealers closer, but this dealer treats me well, doesn't try to upsell and just makes it easy to do business with them. Well worth the extra time and mileage.

We buy these supposed prestige marks from extremely well appointed facilities, but unfortunately it is all to simple to unravel the cloak of ethical and moral principal. Highland Audi regrettably have and continue to support this trend.

I was sent a circular stating that Audi would pick up my car for the MO T and Service and deliver it back.They questioned the leaflet and I sent them a copy and have not had a response and have sent an email re status of their promise again no response. I have bought my last 3 cars from them , 2 new and 2 year old.

Took my car in for recall work to be completed, dealt with Corina. Excellent service, great communication, car ready to collect exactly as agreed.Great quality of service.

Previously I attempted to obtain a quote for a brand-new Audi. no sales person called me back!. I purchased my car at another dealer!. Additionally, I have recently attempted to obtain a quotation for a dash cam and fitted, I called twice, left messages and No one called me back ! I should have learnt my lesson the first time around not to touch these cowboys!. A Circus run by clowns! Be mindful of dealing with this company. !

The most useless garage I've ever used.I had a flap on my 2014 TT fuel tank which broke after 20K miles. I was told that a new tank was the only fix. Now this is a part the size of a 50p which closes the tank after filling. On asking how much a tank would be I was told £536 so I told them to replace it. On picking up the car I was presented with a bill for£1736 which I paid under protest. I naively thought that the original quote was inclusive of fitting. I was told someone would contact me from customer service" They never did.I then contacted Audi UK "customer service" who said a Mr Aiden Hartley would be in touch. He never did.
