Lovely experience at the salon yesterday, very friendly and professional staff. Was really pleased with the end result which was at a very good price. Will definitely be returning!

Absolutely recommended! Went to have a cut with an online offer and it was so cheap and so well done!I am so so happy with my hair and I'll come back for sure!I wish I remember the name of the hairdresser because she was lovely!

Amazing colour by Dan today. He very cleverly blended my grey roots with lovely ashy highlights today giving a very natural result. Exactly what I asked for and I couldn’t be happier.

I went in for a trim and came out with a bald spot above my right ear! I only noticed it when I got home. No apology from the hairdresser. When I went back they tried to fix the problem by combing my hair forward and refused to give me any compensation. They didn't think it was serious enough. Personally, I think the embarrassment and humiliation of walking around with my scalp on show is serious. This is not what you expect when you pay a professional to cut your hair.

I've had 2 appointments with Amy so far and on both occasions I am very satisfied with the outcome. I've expressed my intent to get my hair lighter coming from jet black, she's explained to me how many appointments it may take to get the result I want and for both sessions we've done she's come out with amazing results! Been to a few hairdressers before expressing the outcome I want but nobody has delivered to lift my hair to this point until now. Looking forward to my next hair appointment!

I came here today for the first time, after my sister recommended Associates to me. Lauren completely transformed my hair with a full head of highlights, tone, cut and style. My hair feels and looks so much better and Lauren was just the loveliest person! Thank you all x

I've had my hair cut and coloured here 3 times by Flo and am very pleased with it. Flo listened to what I wanted and advised me on what would suit me. Each time we have done something slightly different and it has been exactly as I wanted. Very nice salon with friendly staff.

This is the second time I've had a bad experience at this salon. The first time I went my colour was amazing but my request for a 1 inch trim ended with my hair being cut from just below my breasts to shoulder length! Approx 4 inches! My next visit for a full head colour with no cut lasted 2 and a half hours and I left with my hair soaking wet! I paid for a senior stylist who had to leave half way through the service, and I was then passed around to a number of different people who just did not have the time to complete my service. I wrote in to express my feelings about paying for a senior designer and not receiving that service.. I have never heard back from Associates Hair. Needless to say - I would not recommend.

Had my hair done by Lauren once for a hair cut and again for a full head of highlights and bonding treatment, couldn't be happier with the results! Would definitely recommend!
