I paid for a brake fluid change. In advance of the service, I tested the fluid which showed a 2% water content. It showed the same value when the car was returned. I pointed this out and finally got a brake fluid change that showed zero water content.They insisted that their tester showed the original was ok, but offered no proof.A one-off? This also happened the last time I asked for a brake fluid change.Unless Bristol Street can offer an alternative, there are only two possible options;1. I have been desperately unlucky in asking for a brake fluid change that was overlooked - on two separate visits,2. there is something more systematic going on, that relies on very few people questioning something that is difficult to spot without a specialist tester.I have been a long term customer of this operation. I have bought cars there on a few occasions and have used their service, parts and repair facilities for over 20 years.And this is how I am treated. No more.
