I used the website that I have since removed, which took you to an enterprise parking website which when paying is through Just Park App. I received PCN appeal rejected, POPLA appeal rejected even showing proof from Just Park there contract was in place with smart parking on date of fine. Do not book through Just Park. Only book through Ringo or buy ticket and make sure do for extra time.Personally not paid PCN yet, but yeah Smart Parking are owners and shocking bad company.

Good car park, just make sure you are not late back to your car. £60 fine received I have put in for appeal, but can see from the reviews it’s pointless. other reviews says this company is greedy.

The car park is needlessly greedy. As some others have mentioned, your parking time is measured as soon as you enter the car park and even if you buy a ticket, if you're late by a few minutes you can expect a £100 fine in the post.

My Wife recently parked here paying the correct tariff. She received a parking fine, appealed showing evidence of payment for correct day time and tariff. This appeal was rejected without providing any explanation of why the £60 fine was issued. Parker’s beware. Computer said no.

Horrible carpark Avoid !! Charged £60 for 12 seconds late as I was indicating to leave the carpark after having a COVID jab. Please avoid parking here.

Paid on the app pay by phone and have received a £170 fine through the post, despite not receiving the original parking fine due to Royal Mail strikes. Tried to appeal over the phone but was told I have to go to Northampton court to appeal which is miles away from where I live. Do not use this car park.

Parked in disabled bay with badge but did not know I had to pay otherwise would have for 45 minutes now charged £60 and spent £40 at rudys pizza shop ridiculous
