Very helpful when our boiler broke down. They tried lots of things to get it going, and when it was clear it was simply worn out, were able to book in an appointment for a replacement swiftly. They were extremely knowledgeable, and kept us informed through the process. The pricing was reasonable for the level of expertise and professionalism they showed. I also liked the slick quote and payment software, it was super easy to deal with. A big thank you for your help!

Ben was fantastic. He gave me guidance on what was the best outcome to sort out our boiler and his customer service was faultless. The best route for us was to go through Bosch. Ben was very professional, he even followed up with a text message the following day to make sure everything had been sorted with Bosch. Would highly recommend.

Ben and the team were amazing. They renovated our downstairs toilet and main bathroom and it was an absolute pleasure having them do the work.From start to finish they were reliable, professional and tidy. They did everything they could to make sure we understood the process and always ensured we knew what was happening at every stage.The bathrooms just look amazing and the process was so easy - from quote, through to the work and with customer care.We couldn’t recommend them enough.

Review for Cl Plumbing and Heating.......Ben and the team at CL Plumbing were the right choice for our new heating installation. Prior to install, they gave us an excellent detailed quote, came over and answered questions and were very accommodating. The install took a little over 2 days and was very straight forward. They were very meticulous about keeping the house clean whilst they worked and were regularly cleaning up areas that they worked in.They showed us how it all worked and made sure we were happy with everything before leaving. 100% recommend them for any Plumbing or heating job you need.

Ben first supplied and fitted our new boiler, after our old one gave out at unexpectedly. We were very happy with quality of work and ease with which we got a competitive quote and got everything booked in, so we booked Ben back in to refurb our main bathroom.Ben was great in project managing everything, including sorting all associated trades (plastering, tiling, carpentry and electrics) in addition to plumbing. He clearly communicated progress during the job, and helped resolve some unexpected issues during the refurb, as well as dealing with a small number of snagging issues after main fit out was complete. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Great job by Ben and his team first sorting out our new radiators & Heating and then our bathroom refurb. Communication was excellent and everything was organised well. Very happy with the finished work, a couple of little snags were happily seen to. We already have Ben booked in for some more plumbing jobs and will be looking to use his team to refurb our ensuite in the near future.

Great job, would highly recommend. The guys were on time, tidy and courteous. When a couple of items needed replacing due to a crack from delivery they came back quickly after the job was complete and sorted it for us. Final bathroom quality was spot on. Would definitely use again.
