I went to Starbucks for a little pick-me-up coffee but I didn’t know what I wanted going in. I asked the nice girl at the counter if she had any recommendations since I’m still not familiar with the menu. She had a few suggestions, but I ultimately went with the iced chai tea which she said was her favourite. Overall the atmosphere was lovely, the service was wonderful - Kai had rung me up and provided excellent service, and the chai tea is now my new go to drink!

Whoever put this Starbucks in a women's clothing store is a genius. I was shopping with my wife and daughter, so rather than sitting outside or awkwardly following them through the shop, I got to sit upstairs and have a really big hot chocolate. In fact, they got through a second shop before I finished. The staff were polite and friendly and the service was good. I didn't have food, but the cakes, etc, looked awesome.

Outstanding service; staff are friendly, genuine and very hard working. They are able to overcome seemingly any extraneous circumstance to consistently deliver good and accurate orders. As a regular I feel inclined to remain one due in part to the overall pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. I frequently feel engaged and listened to even during high customer loads which many in this industry would struggle with. The baked goods and beverages from this particular location are always on point, I personally reccomend the iced matcha latte as the staff here ensure it is flawlessly smooth each time resulting in no unexpected bitterness (can be hit or miss in other locations).Overall; fantastic team cohesion, warm & clean atmosphere, polite and dedicated staff & consistently good food + drink.
