Always friendly, professional and helpful. It doesn't matter if you want £1 of photocopies or you are buying a laptop they treat you with good old fashioned customer care. Have used them for advise, purchases and repairs, always great service.

Took my broken Surface Go here and the gentleman that served us was fantastic. He said we could get it repaired for £60 or take it back to Argos and get it replaced for free - we didn't know this as we didn't have the receipts anymore. Most places wouldn't tell you so you pay for the repair but he saved us £60 and as a student that's hard to find sometimes. Really grateful and would definitely recommend. X

Despite all the positive reviews , my experience was very disappointing. Having dared to walk my dog before entering this shop, I was issued by the owners with a harshly worded, threatening parking ticket. Apparently the large empty car park is private - other customers , be warned!

Ace Computers are exactly that - ACE" - I've been going for years & will never go anywhere else - Both Alistair & Carol are so good at explaining things. I started with my first computer from Ace as an extreme novice

Do not use! Was told 2 days for my printer fixing , then it went up to 5 days then 6. No communication whatsoever , ignoring my messages and now been told still not ready for another 6 days so 2 days turned into 12! I get the epson website is down but kept on lying then ignoring me is not acceptable !! AVOID

A professional service with a smile.I’m a first time user of Ace Computers after my local shop closed before Christmas.Needing a repair it was time to visit Ace after reading reviews on line.I can confirm that all the positive reviews are entirely accurate. I was made to feel welcome and confidently handed over my Desktop PC for repair. They were busy, but managed to effect a rebuild for me in less than a week and at a very reasonable price.I am delighted that I have found a competent technician to undertake any future requirements I may have for my essential PC mainly used for photo editing with Photoshop and Lightroom.I can thoroughly recommend Ace Computers for your supplies or any work you may need undertaken.In replying to your response re four stars, and for the benefit of others reading the reviews.There is absolutely nothing wrong with the quality of your service and nothing you could do to improve it. It’s a quirk of mine. I rarely post a review unless I am particularly impressed and never give five stars.

What a great team. Although they couldn't fix my dead external hard drive (not their fault, it died, dead, stopped working, shuffled off) they were very knowledgable and gave me the confidence to upgrade to an SSD external hard drive at a very competative price compared with all the major retailers and beat Amazon too. Local computer suppliers with zing and great service. Well done.

I took my PC in unaware of what was wrong with it after just over a week of them having my PC i got it back and weirdly it was still having the same problem so i took it back again and within just 10 minutes they had the problem fixed swiftly and free of no additional charge! i couldn't be happier as i thought i'd lost years apon years of photos, videos, song etc.. due to my SSD not working correctly.
