Duncan came when said he would ,was unable to resolve the problem as the part needed could take 6 to 8 weeks to get so he advised us how to resolve the problem quicker which we have done.

Very terrible services. Highly expensive.He does not accept bank transfer or bank payment. Does not believe in digital banking and charges extra 5 pounds if you do not have cash. Extra 5 pounds charge for paying him via cash transfer.He also refuses to give reciept or invoice of payment.He only writes cost of transaction in piece of paper and tells you he only gives that as reciept.You can not Claim back your expenses as he offers no reciept.Worst experience i ever had with repairs.
