We went to this wonderful spa for a couple's romantic spa treatments. We had a fantastic time we both feel extremely relaxed during and after the treatment s. The two ladies were very professional and talked us through the whole process. We had a salt body scrub,, a hot stone massage and a head and face massage we 100% recommend to other people. It was the best experience we have had in a long time.

Had a swedish massage from Sarah. All I can say is she has a lot of strength for such a small lady. Seriously recommend this place, very helpful and know their stuff.

Willows is a very professional business. This was the first time I had a Mini Microdermabrasion facial and I wasn't sure what to expect but Sarah made it a very relaxing and restoring experience and my skin condition has improved visibly! Thank you.

First time visit Willow Well-being and it was such a good experience! I was instantly made to feel welcome, very professional, clean and relaxing just as you would expect. I had booked a microdermabrasion facial, Amber asked me a few questions before we started and showed me the equipment. I was made to feel so comfortable, nothing was too much trouble. My skin feels like it's had a full MOT, so pleased with the service I received. I look forward to making a monthly visit (as long as my schedule permits it!).

My wife and I have been there for our last two anniversaries, great experience. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. We had the chocolate scrub massage and it was very good, both very relaxed after and smelled delicious too lol. Will absolutely be going back again in the future.

I thoroughly enjoyed my extended Indian Head Massage today and will definitely return for another treatment one day. I was looked after very well by friendly staff from the moment I arrived until I left. The treatment rooms are very nice and add to the enjoyable experience.

First time visiting Willow well-being and treatments were half leg waxing, under arms and top lip. Cannot fault their servise. Very professional and a friendly manor.Highly recommend and will be making further appointments.

I had a back massage by Jessica and it worked wonders. She was very pleasant and helpful. The massage totally relaxed the muscles which was exactly what was required.As well as the normal glass of water afterwards I was given a very tasty smoothie shot.I will be back and cannot it recommend it enough.

I had a Total de-stress package with Ashleigh. She put me instantly at ease for my treatment, which was soothing and relaxing. The treatment room has a calming ambience.The massage was tailored to my needs to address areas of muscle tension and aches. The facial was so lovely I almost fell asleep! My skin looks brighter and feels smoother and more hydrated. I would definitely recommend this treatment for anyone who is looking for a bit of slow, quiet time. It's a great way just to breathe and let go of daily stresses for a while.
