Firebox Stoves are a great company to deal with, they have been my supplier for a number of years now, they have always gone above and beyond in assisting me on jobs, whether that be through superior product knowledge or getting that part to me that little bit quicker and if there has ever been an issue with a product it’s always been dealt with in a prompt and effective manner. High level customer service!

This is the 2nd stove we have taken from Firebox and the team in Bristol, Great showroom and free to explore but have the knowledge and experience to share. First Class from start to finish I bought my stove on the Friday and by the following Friday it had been installed. Would highly recommend Firebox to anyone.

Saturday morning, one member of staff in the showroom who was busy with another couple. I stood there for several minutes being completely blanked so eventually left. No idea if they're any good with wood stoves but they clearly weren't the slightest bit interested in having my business. A quick sorry I'll be right with you" or having more than one salesperson on duty would have gone a long way. Never mind

Firebox had one of the bigger selections of wood stoves on display that we've managed to find in the area. They were quite busy on Saturday morning but staff were super friendly and helped us figure out what we're looking for. Unlike many places we've been into in the past few weeks, we felt no pressure to buy from these guys, which is why we'll be back.

My first experience of converting from open grate to stove. Recently bought an ACR400 Tenbury, which was delivered earlier than expected. My local engineer installed it no problem, but there was a slight problem with it burning fuel too quickly. An email to fireboxstoves was answered very quickly (thanks, Luke), taken seriously, and with lots of helpful suggestions, including the correct technical answer. Luke even offered to go to the manufacturer should this be needed. It wasn't - Luke's advice was spot on and after a very small adjustment the stove is working perfectly. Great sales and after sales service. Highly recommended. Many thanks.

Excellent!A large site, VERY extensive stock range and lots of spares make this the place to go if you want to look at wood burning stoves, or need parts!Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! They offered advice that was excellent and was the best that I had yet received! (lots of independent research ment I knew most of the answers before I went there, but all the advice was perfectly accurate, and tailored to what was needed)No attempt at pushing un-needed items on people!Excellent prices & Stock is carried as standard- Items are there and ready to be taken away, no waiting times and the prices were better than anywhere online (even beating the online auction sites and online retailers by quite a bit!)I'm looking forward to the next time I need parts, or a stove, for the enjoyment of going back again!Highly recommended as a first stop for your needs!Morso Dealer- Got the parts I needed, at a brilliant price, and went above and beyond what many other shops would/have done!
