I think in my opinion the careers need more training to be more efficient.

Mum always said .if u have nothing nice to say, then say nothing at all.so true- so all above comments and ten times worse

Writing on behalf Of my mum. If you try to ring them be prepared as no one ever answers the phone! When they do and offer to look into your issues they never call you back. When mum went over to them for her care they turned up when they wanted but to be fair the carers are so lovely and it isn't there fault they are just over worked and the company take on to many clients. After complaining a few times it as got better and they guy that attends to my mum is fantastic and she thinks the world of him. This company could be ok if it was more organised! I wouldn't recommend it as if you are needing care then you need to be confident that you get the full service you are paying for.

This is one star rating as i am unable to put zero star. Support was required for elderly dementia person over 4 days didnt turn up twice, on the occasion they did turn up was in attendance for 3 minutes. Awful

Worst review I could possibly give. Missing visits. Total ignorance of Care plan. Minimal English spoken by majority of workers. Little understanding of food preparation and presentation. Etc etc etc
