My friend bought a gold bracelet for her grand daughters birthday. As a high end retail worker myself. I have to say the customer service at H&T is one of the best I have experienced in a very long time. No pressure to buy or rushed . Our purchase was Beautifully packaged and was even given a little sweet treat in appreciation of her purchase. We will have no hesitation in recommending H&T to our friends and family. Thank you

Used H&T a while ago to pawn an engagement ring.The lady who served me was polite and professional in approach. After it passed their checks, I was offered a very fair price which was paid out to me on the spot. (Make sure you provide good photo ID such as a passport and current driving licence if you want to use pawnbrokig or cash purchase options)What could be to some a little embarrassing was in actual fact a pleasant experience. I'm not suggesting H&T pay what people think jewellery is worth but as far as pawnbrokers go, their valuation was very fair.Woud recommend on the basis of this transaction.

Worst customer service at the refurbished Market place Leicester branch. Had gone to Leicester to look for a 45th Wedding present. Spotted something in the window we liked the look of, which the staff got out, but then said we couldn't look at it without id. We had photo id, but was told it had to be a legal document. We were pointed to a small card sign that said you 'may' be asked for id, nothing specific. Just crazy, we've bought from you guys many times & manager even said she recognised us, but rules are rules. How were we to know you operate such a rediculas policy, and have no discretion. The staff showed no interest in how we felt & could not offer any reason for the policy. Does this company really want our business anymore, assume not?

Very good customer services they are all lovely people and always have a smile on there face and very helpful the prices are fair as well will always buy from them from now on
