Do not buy a car from this company , bought a ford KA with 10month mot and had a problem about a month later with the fuel pump so took it to my local garage that I have always used . My mechanic rang me an hour later to tell me no point in fixing it as the car is definitely not road worthy and after checking over it ,it was in his words a death trap and he also pointed out that the MOT must be fraudulent as the problems with it have not just happened in the last month , his main concern were the anchors for the seatbelts as they were all rusted through , next were the brakes which were all down to the bare metal , MOT came from a garage in Chorlton with no adviseries , After ringing dymond cars and being fobbed off I figured the least I can do is make other buyers aware , if you are going to look at any vehicles from these people then take a mechanic with you or getbth as to do a check before you commit to anything .You have been warned.

Day after I bought from them the electric windows and wipers stopped working. I'll change the review if they respond appropriately because I dont believe in coincidences like this and these must have been faults they were aware of. The car was bought on the basis that everything worked and you'd expect faults in a second hand car over time, the day after is too much! I am now unable to get it back to them over Christmas and am without a car! DO NOT go near these people.Update: after a botched repair which failed after 10 days then having the phone slammed down on me 3 times and no communication I got my money back via a card chargeback. As of today 29 Jan DVLA had not received the V5C from them so the car is still theirs and I've arranged with DVLA for the V5C to be sent back to these cowboys if they ever get it. They have a deadline to collect the car from me otherwise it will be parked on the road and ticketed. Also tried to charge me £50 to use my credit card when I bought it which is now illegal. DO NOT go near these people.

Hi,Met these lovely people who I got connected with though a company named Zuto.Very friendly.They are able to provide 6 months warranty on your new car so more than unlikely they will be looking forward to sell you a faulty car. Also once warranty is up for renewal, they will allow you to buy more cover.Sounds great and it is great. So Dymond Cars looks like the place to purchase!Hope you read and believe what I am saying is true.Thank you.

Do not buy from this seller under any circumstances. Do not fall for the warranty, it simply does not cover a single thing. They are rude and they do not care about their reputation. I wish I knew. It was a very expensive mistake.

Terrible company. Massive time waster. We planned a viewing a day in advance and I even called him half an hour before the viewing. We got there at the agreed time and called him only to learn he was 30 minutes away. We waited another 30 minutes and called again and this dude LITERALLY hadn't left. Still told us he's 30 minutes away again. Don't waste your time with him

I purchased my teenage sons first car from Dymond cars today (golf 1.4tsi) and travelled from London to Manchester to get it. Dymond car’s 5 star service included a quality 6 months warranty and It was as described in every way with absolutely no issues.

Good customer service, the car i bought (Skoda Rapid Spaceback 14 plate) it's in excellent condition, drives superbly nothing wrong with it. Overall very pleased. Recommend them.
