Always a great place for fresh & frozen fish & other sea food products like Crab, Lobster, Squid, Prawns, Muscles etc. Easy wheelchair access & very helpful staff that will even remove fish skin & bones if requested & clean the squid for you.

I am so glad that there is a very good fish shop like this one to go to I can not say thank you enough you will not be disappointed if you make a visit

I thought buying from the docks might be financially beneficial but there wasn't really any benefit. The service was mediocre. The kippers were actually better from Morrisons fish counter than the ones we bought and there wasn't any skate which was not the shops fault but added to our disappointment as we had travelled for an hour to visit the shop.

Perfect array of fish both fresh and frozen. Friendly staff too.

I got known this dockside seafood company from google and was attracted by its wide range selection online, so placed £50 order. However, it's the start of nightmare!!The fresh squid was out of stock, and the staff informed me in the last minute of delivering the parcel which is fine.Next day I received the parcel, found out half of the items are not as described with their online description when I tried shell on prawn and crab claw: it has Zero description of the shell on prawn and crab claw that they are already precooked in their online store description, and I only wanted raw seafood doing home cooking unless the item is clearly described it's cooked then I know what I'm spending money on. Besides, the frozen langoustine prawn(which is surprisingly they put description on their website--it's raw) has been refrozen before as the meat is soggy, loose and sticky to the shell.Regardless, I sent them email of customer complaints with detailed statement and pictures. Their staff called Margaret called me and again informed me She's sorry I don't like their seafood. And they can't do anything regard this situation" and also

Lovely selection, I bought the crevettes, sea bass and monkfish..the gentleman serving me prepared the monkfish..excellent quality...good size fish and crevettes... definitely recommend

Initial order suffered a “blip” due to DPD. Service from Tracey and Alison was superb as was the seafood supplied! My wife created two great dishes with the excellent ingredients. We will definitely be ordering again!
