Great customer service from William in Clydebank, went into the shop with my favourite bag from NYC and fixed it within 10 minutes, over the moon! And even better served with a smiley face even when it’s a bank holiday and scorching outside!! Thank you definitely be back :)

Good after care sevice. Got a key cut some time ago; was sticking on and off when I was opening door.Took it back, my key was eased and they cut me another as an apology.Both keys working smoothly...good result.
