O2 Shop Preston

Very bad, they are not providing phones for foreigners. When we went for Samsung phone they told as we have to live in uk for at least 3 years.

Like every O2 store, the staff are helpful and there's lot of cool units to play around with before you buy something. But sometimes there can be a long wait to be seen and in some cases, they tell you to come back in 30 minutes when they're a bit quieter (or text you to come back).It's just one of the things of working in a phone shop where advisors could be with customers for a while.

Staff were pleasant and helpful,very knowledgeable bout the products,left to browse without being hassled,quiet time mid morning,well sited 1st floor of prestons bullring which has plenty of parking and a multitude of shops and cafe,easy access to high street shops,cafe bars.

Good staff. Helpful and not pushy to try to make the sale. Offered different options of phones and didn't try to push for the most expensive.

Went in today the person I saw was not in the least interested when I said I don’t need an upgrade , she made feel I was a waste of her time. Will defiantly not be going again

It was my gf who was asking for advice and she received first class service from a young lady who worked there.. They had plenty of choice for new phones but only downside was ALL contracts are a minimum of 3 years. I love 02 because of all the extra benefits ie Free Cinema tickets on Sunday or Monday and all the offers on the App..

Joke , I got a 02 text telling I no credit left so they added 1 extra gig , I checked balance it said I had 13 thousands left so I holding on the phone 20 min or so and I was walking past 02 shop , so I went in and explained the problem , I put balance on and staff member said I have 3 thousands gig listening to call I said no it's 13 thousands then showed them the text so I rerung the balance so she could AGAIN listen to the balance and it was 13 thousands gig, so I said could he explain or check balance ( which she CAN check online) for me BUT she couldn't be bothered and male staff said its pay as you go to sort out ( 3 of the staff members stood there doing NOTHING ) so I said forget the shop is a joke then I turned to walk away the the male said bye bye sarcastically and I said that's why I don't use 02 under contract as its a joke so he said bye bye again and I said that's why there's 3 of you stood there with out any customers bye bye , totally ignorant, lazy, obnoxious staff who will close the 02 shop in preston down, when I did get threw to 02 a man who could just about speak English and told to ignore the text BUT if online credit cuts out it genuinely wouldn't surprise me as none of the 02 staff have a clue

Got the impression that all they wanted was to sell you a phone, not listening to the scam problems we had!!!.

Served by Kerry, Steph and Alisha, knew their stuff and really lovely. I have tourettes so a little nervous going into shops and they put me right at ease. Definitely recommend.
