I love this company. The website is great, with a massive range of products, and always lots of specials. The quality of the teas is top notch and it works out so much cheaper than using bags, and also much better for the environment as its all shipped in paper bags. I'm sure I'll be a customer for life!

I ordered a glass infuser teapot a couple of weeks ago. A nice product, but even better customer service. Couldn't have been more timely, helpful, or pleasant. I hadn't used the LLTC before, but I certainly will do again. Definitely worth it!

Good value for money, the tea provided is of a truly good quality - something difficult to find elsewhere. Great packaging too, they are gone almost completely plastic-free

Excellent, delicious and fresh proper tea. Not the stuff in teabags (I.e. dust). Excellent quality and a very sustainable solution. Its packaging almost entirely plastic free. Service provided also very good. Cannot fault this small independent trader. They need our support to continue existing (so please do!!)

I have been a subscriber for four months now and am really pleased. It's very easy to make orders which are delivered quickly and packaged to minimise use of plastic which is one of the reasons I switched to loose tea. Great service.

I ordered decaffeinated tea in error. The gentleman on the phone was very informative and courteous. He even agreed to me returning the order, which as it was my mistake was fantastic. The range of tea, herbal tea and coffee is amazing, and they're all great quality. I love being able to try new ones with each order. There's also the option of a plastic free packaging, which is great.The delivery is quick and the goods come with a little guide on how to best brew your tea according to its type.Highly recommended!
